After we recieve the medical record from an attorney's office, the case will be forwarded to the appropriate medical expert. The expert will review the case and provide a detailed account of the patient's care, description of the disease process, and thorough evaluation of the care rendered. The report generated will focus on aspects of the case which will assist in the defense or prosecution of medical malpractice. Moreover, this may be used as a tool to discriminate cases with merit and allow one to allocate resources more efficiently.
